Dear Parents / Guardians

Our last newsletter for the year and what a busy, rewarding and absolutely fabulous year it’s been. 

A very special thank you to our Leadership Team for their very able and professional support, not only in the effective organisation of programmes but also in prioritising our students learning and well being. 

  • Thank you to all our staff for your  commitment, hard work and for making Marist such a great place to be!
  • Thank you to Father Philip and Father Steve for being such an important part of Marist.  Your input is really appreciated.
  • Thank you to the Catholic Schools’ Office for your support and guidance. 
  • Thank you to our BOT for taking on the governance role and making our staff feel so supported and appreciated.  Special thanks to Faye Gibson our Chairperson for her dedication, commitment and hard work.
  • Thank you to Jett Gannaway for his design of the field playground and to Cecilia Edmond for her professional input and loving care for the whole process.
  • Thank you to Kate Gillespie for the amazing Tile Fundraiser to pay for the playground.
  • Thank you to our PTA – not only for fundraising but also taking on a Pastoral Care role.  
  • And thank you to all the wonderful supportive parents who help us in so many ways – coaches, tutors, taxi drivers, laminators, book sorters, dress makers, etc.  You are much appreciated.

Our very best wishes to our Year 6 students going on to intermediate school.  You will be taking our Marist RICH values with you.  We know you are very well prepared and look forward to hearing about your achievements.

Wednesday 14th December is our last day at school.  Join us to celebrate………

   10.00am       Graduation Mass

   11.00am       Morning Tea for Year 6 Students and their Parents

   12.30pm       Final Assembly

     1.15pm       School Finishes

A big thank you from our AP Mrs Sharon Menezes for all the help and expertise that has been offered by our parents.  The parent support is really appreciated.
