Welcome to Marist Catholic School Herne Bay

On behalf of Marist Catholic School's Board of Trustees, Staff, Teachers and School Community, we welcome you to our great little school.

Marist Catholic School is characterised by high student achievement. We have a strong learning culture, which supports students to become active and enthusiastic self-initiators of their own learning.

Respectful, caring and nurturing relationships between students, peers, teachers and parents are a feature of our school.

Good opportunities for student leadership are provided and because of the size of our school, more students can participate in the wide variety of educational opportunities.

The Catholic Special Character and our Marist Charism are integral to the life of our school. They underpin all our programmes and are clearly visible in our environment.

Title: The Best of Marist CD Body:

Practices have started for our first ever Marist CD. It is such a lovely way to showcase our students’ talents. These CDs will make fantastic Christmas gifts or presents to family and friends for any occasion. The students are very excited and can’t wait to hear their singing on a CD. We will be recording the singing at the end of the term.

A big thank you to Jonathan Hughes, Peter Van de Fluit, Anthony Healey and Vanja Thomas for their expertise and their efforts in helping us with the organisation, backing tracks and the recording of the CD.

Mrs Hilary Hall has been working with an Art enrichment group designing the cover of the CD. Congratulations to Jubilee Toparea-Katia for his beautiful piece of art being selected to be on the cover.
